Music Inside the Soul

Happening at the STI College Global City Gymnasium—teamwork, talent, beauty, and brains overflow as contestants continue to show what they’ve got. 

The Battle of the Bands is one of the anticipated events that is sure to set the stage on fire, where: After Class Band, Last Band, Bittersweet, Up Above, MMNT’Mori, and Virtuoso would bring their own melodies into the audience's and judges’ hearts. 

When asked about what he feels ahead of the competition, Up Above’s Bassist Jhunrick Daniel Yanos answered, “excited, hindi makatulog ang vocalist and guitarist.” As the Battle of the Bands took center stage, loud cheers filled the Gymnasium. 

In an interview with Janielle Ann Demabildo from MMNT’Mori, she said that their performance was more on the rock punk side. The vibe of their chosen song bled into their performance, fueling their energy on stage. 

The bands not only performed onstage, but they also made sure that each performance resonated with the crowd they had. Through the bands’ passionate and scream-inducing stages, the audience felt connected by the same love and appreciation for music.
