STI Global City Prepares for Local Talent Search 2025

Talent Search contestants are all huddled up in their holding areas at the 7th floor, preparing and warming up as they wait to be called on stage, while others rehearse at the Gymnasium. With the event comes the opportunity for students to showcase talents for a full day of competition in music, dance, and pageantry.

The performers arrived early in the morning at 7 am, many of them practicing their vocals and their stage appearance in the rooms provided by the event organizers. Despite the early morning and the exhaustion of commuting, they still managed to be there and practice. Arnel Andrade, one of the performers of Singing Idol, even said, “I was quite prepared for last month pa yung screening,” when interviewed. They mentioned how they prepared 1 month in advance before the competition, despite being a working student.

It can be seen and heard from the contestants’ rooms that preparations are underway, with performers showing both nerves and confidence as they readied themselves for the stage. Despite the overwhelming pre-competition tension, excitement is high as students prepare to showcase their strengths before the STI Global City crowd. With the stage set, cameras in position, and voices ready to cheer, the Local Talent Search 2025–2026 is about to begin.
